We are looking for a Programmer/Analyst that assists and supports with the day-to-day maintenance, enhancements, and updates of our client platforms that are based on .Net Framework. Also, the candidate should provide consulting services regarding CTI development. Maintain a list of issues and tasks. Ability to manage multiple projects and evaluate system problems.
2+ years of experience in Avaya contact center suite.
Must have knowledge in .Net and Java Framework based development.
Should have experience in building IVR call flows and routing.
Worked on backend integration with core platforms using web services REST API’s in IVR.
