 Summary

Triple-S partnered with INVID to replace outdated, fragmented systems with a modern intranet portal. With SharePoint, they launched a centralized platform that improved internal communication and reduced duplication. The platform serves over 3,800 employees across six subsidiaries.

The Story

Triple-S Group needed a reliable, modern internal communication platform to unify its subsidiaries. With over 3,800 employees relying on access to company policies, updates, and documentation, the organization sought a centralized space to improve how information was shared across departments. The goal was to streamline operations, reduce duplication, and support secure collaboration among six subsidiaries.

The Problem

Triple-S faced significant challenges due to multiple internal platforms hosting duplicate documents and fragmented information. Their outdated system required constant maintenance, was filled with obsolete content, and lacked the flexibility to meet evolving internal communication needs. As a result, employees struggled to find relevant, up-to-date information, slowing down internal workflows and external processes.

The Results

We implemented a modern intranet portal using our custom SharePoint templates. Triple-S launched a responsive, personalized, and user-friendly portal in record time. The intranet now serves as a centralized communication hub where employees can access everything from policies and newsletters to compliance documents and company announcements.

With over 3,800 users and 20 platform maintainers, the portal has enhanced internal communication, improved document organization, and enabled better data management across all six subsidiaries.
