Clutch.co is a B2B research, ratings, and reviews site that identifies leading IT service providers based on over a dozen quantitative and qualitative factors. Clutch helps companies manage their online reputation through 3rd party, verified reviews, and increases their online visibility and traffic.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work at a financial company, specifically the Savings and Loans Popular Association (APAP). I’m in charge of the processes and quality area, where I basically take care of the documentation and improve how our company works.
What challenge were you trying to address with INVID, LLC?
We wanted to create a dashboard and a reference library, review and approve documents digitally, and publish those documents once approved.
What was the scope of their involvement?
INVID divided the project into two phases and developed a website for document management. I don’t have the technical knowledge to provide more information.
What is the team composition?
There were four developers and a project manager assigned.
How did you come to work with INVID, LLC?
They already were one of our suppliers and had previously developed our intranet and SharePoint platform. I thought they were the best option for this project because did a very good job with the intranet, plus they already had all the knowledge required for the work. It was clearly going to be more efficient to just go with them again.
How much have you invested in them?
For the two phases, we spent around $28,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October 2016. The second phase of the project was concluded last year around March and we’re evaluating whether to begin a third one.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us completely automate our process for document management, which used to be manual and very inefficient. Additionally, the dashboard they created provides accurate information from our documents and library, which has been very important for us.
How did INVID, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. We also had a collaboration space in SharePoint where we shared all the relevant documentation for the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really liked their attention to detail. We never had any delays and communicating with them was seamless. It was a very good experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
For the second phase, there was some staff rotation which complicated things a little bit. It was a drawback for us, however, the new developers learned quickly and delivered on time.
