Clutch.co is a B2B research, ratings, and reviews site that identifies leading IT service providers based on over a dozen quantitative and qualitative factors. Clutch helps companies manage their online reputation through 3rd party, verified reviews, and increases their online visibility and traffic.

I’m the senior director of an IT consulting company.
What challenges were you trying to address with INVID?
We needed to outsource development to provide cost-effective pricing for our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
INVID provides front- and backend software development using a Java technology stack. They also conduct data analysis and create UI visualizations for end-users to consume the data.
What is the team composition?
The team varies, but there’s an average of three developers working with us at any given time.
How did you come to work with INVID, LLC?
We researched offshore resources and chose them from the top five possible companies because of the good cultural and skillset alignment they have with us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in July 2020, and it is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
INVID came up with the highest quality resources to meet our needs within the specific technology stack we require. Overall, we’re delighted with the relationship.
How did INVID, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication skills are excellent. They consistently touch base and follow up on a weekly basis. We work using the agile scrum method and incorporate the team into our daily standups with our internal project manager. We also collaborate with their manager to strategize about future plans.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We technically have two partnerships that provide resources, but I only effectively work with the INVID team because they have the skillsets we need and are responsive. Their ability to find high-quality resources is also phenomenal.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The team is currently going through a turnover, so they need to replace the resources who’ve quit.
