CHALLENGE

As one of the leading banks in the country, FirstBank receives a high daily volume of requests to process mortgage loans. This process involves various processes and questions to qualify people. The information of the clients/leads was decentralized, so it was extremely complicated for the mortgage agents to follow up the cases.

Before they could begin the formal loan application process and offer a Good Faith Estimate, FirstBank wanted to have a well-structured database that would allow them to provide their clients a quick and accurate estimate of how much would be approved, percent interest, among other essential data for the banking industry.

THE SOLUTION

After analyzing together their needs and challenges, our INVID team began to work to develop a controlled database of prospective customer transactions received through their call center and loan officer contracts channel.

Since the product’s launch, the sales department has managed to control the information of prospective customers and has increased sales by 30% because of effective management and monitoring.
