CHALLENGE

As one of the leading banks in the country, FirstBank receives a high volume of requests for mortgage loans. This involved various processes and questionnaires in a decentralized system, making it complicated for mortgage agents to follow up on cases. 

FirstBank wanted to have a well-structured database that would allow them to provide clients with a quick and accurate estimate of how much they could be loaned, the percent interest, and other things, before even beginning a formal loan application process.

THE SOLUTION

After analyzing together their needs and challenges, our INVID team began to work to develop a controlled database of prospective customer transactions received through their call center and loan officer contracts channel.

Since the product’s launch, FirstBank sales department saw 30% increase in sales thanks to effective management and monitoring. ​
