MODERN DIGITAL WORKSPACE IMPLEMENTATION
For the Department of Health of Puerto Rico, we built a responsive and dynamic digital workplace in the SharePoint environment. By developing modules that automate processes such as help requests, labor billing, and property inventory, the Department of Health improved the effectiveness of its different teams.
Puerto Rico’s Department of Health is the agency in charge of all matters related to health and public welfare.
CHALLENGE
The Department of Health had several issues. From deficient content management system to personnel sending each other too many emails and documents internally, they wanted to centralize information, while optimizing collaboration and workflows.
THE SOLUTION
After analyzing all the requirements of the Department of Health, we began developing their modern digital workspace (intranet) with the most recent version of SharePoint. Using the SCRUM methodology, we had weekly meetings to offer progress updates on the project to provide the desired result.
